MAHALA Wine& has been working since 2022 on positioning the ultra-premium range of one of the great historic cava families, with new cavas such as the ultra-premium Can Sala and wines positioned in the high-end of the market with local grapes from Mediona (Alt Penedès) and Priorat. It develops consultancy work with the main distributors in Madrid and builds a story around the craftsmanship and the figure of José María Ferrer, presentations to the main opinion leaders and one-to-one trips to the heart of the project at La Freixeneda.
